 As a pioneer of high-quality paper filters, Nakatsuka tried to find an answer to this question with paper. By studying the paper structure, he changed the drying methods of paper and eventually developed various paper filters. Working on quality paper and delicious coffee for years, these filters, which can only be produced by CAFEC, marked the beginning of a new era, and CAFEC aimed to convey the idea of “We want to see the happiness on your face while sipping your daily coffee!” to you.

 There is no crepe on the inside of the paper, so the inside surface area is quite small. The coffee dust particles cling to this area, allowing a small amount of water flow area to remain and for the water to condense inside the paper. The condensation of water inside the paper creates a lot of aroma. Thanks to the crepe on the outside, the coffee dissolved in the water that comes out has a regular flow. The high density of the paper separates almost all dust particles, allowing for a clean drinking cup.
